I forgot to mention, I made my purchase 218 days ago, per itch.

It should be.  I don't believe I have changed my email address.  If I had, could that be the reason?

Same here, pCloud requests purchasing a  Premium plan or higher in order to download the archive.  Enabling "alternate download mode" doesn't help, because either way the download link redirects to pCloud.

BTW, using the itch.io launcher to install "v 1.19 [Reboot] [Uncompressed] (Patched)" simply fails with no error message.  Usually, the launcher will at least tell you the requested content is hosted on a third party hosting site with a link to said site.  I don't know if that's something to do with a bug or perhaps a configuration issue the dev is responsible for.
